1. How quickly can I expect delivery?
The process takes 5 to 7 business days. After you place an order and if it gets approved at 3:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) you may call us at 1.888.893.9344 Hours: 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) the next day for your tracking number.
2. What shipping methods are available?
USPS Express Mail (1 – 3 days) are the methods of shipping that we offer. The rates vary depending on the exact shipping destination.
Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped typically within one business day. We will notify you if there is a problem with your order. When the pharmacy ships the order you will be able to view a Carrier’s (USPS) Tracking Number on the by going to the Order Status page.
We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes at this time. We must have an adult signature at time of delivery.
We do not ship to American Samoa, Armed Forces Africa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Canada, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East, Armed Forces Pacific, Federated States Of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or outside the U.S.
3. Why Does The Carrier (USPS) Say My Order Isn’t In Their System?
Your Tracking Number will be e-mailed to you as soon as your prescription is filled which is usually around 4:00pm EST. Your Tracking Number will not be Viewable in the Carrier’s (USPS) System until They SCAN THE ORDER INTO THEIR SYSTEM. Which is usually after 8:00pm EST.
4. Do You Ship Orders Everyday?
We do not process prescription orders on weekends or holidays. If you place an order after 3:00 PM on Friday EST, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped out the following day.
